But season 01 they were all evil for the sake of being evil. I'd love to know more about their back story. The only downside was probably the villians weren't developed well enough. Each 8 kids were unique, and I thought they were developed well. I thought it was the peak of their creativity. It's probably mostly nostalgia and it's hard for me to be unbiased. That being said Adventure is my favorite because, well, you can't beat the original. I was just curious why most people rated this season as the best one. I would say the original Digimon Adventure is hands down the best and definitely my favorite.ĮDIT: I never said Digimon tamers was objectively bad. Are they antagonists? I didn't understand their goal really.Īnd the ending, what exactly did Henry's Dad do again? What was up with hooking up Terriermon to that weird thing?

I wasn't really digging the final Reaper boss battle. Are they? And what the hell is a D Reaper exactly? I'm still not sure. I was confused and thought they were antagonists. Everytime Calumon pops up it brings a big smile to my face.īut I'm not a big fan of all the side stuff the adults are doing. Impmon was a pretty interesting digimon as well. The character development was pretty good, I like how Rita and Henry changed later on, especially Rita.
Seems like everyone is saying it's the best season by far.
